On February 9th, 2007 the Donati Family Vineyard made its new home at the former Mastantuono Winery in Templeton, California located in San Luis Obispo County. The move was not difficult as the first two vintages were made at two different winery co-operatives in Paso Robles. In addition, winemaker Dan Kleck resides nearby as does many of the companies that have a hand in supplying the necessary products and services that go into each year's bottling.

On March 1, 2007 after an intensive clean-up and rehabilitation effort, the tasting room opened to the public.

On April 17, 2007 Donati Family Vineyard hosted a Trade Open House event attended by neighboring winery personnel and local restaurant employees.

On April 29, 2007 the Grand Opening to consumers was held featuring outrageous grilled paninis, wine, and of course a comemerative tee shirt.

Other winery milestones:
May - completion of the upgraded wine cellar with new stainless steel tank pedestals, new stainless steel catwalk, new glycol chilling process equipment
June - upgraded crush pad
July - barrel room temperature and humidiy control equipment upgrade
August - bottling 2005 reds and 2006 whites
September & October - first crush of Paicines grapes at winery
